Any entity that sells this should be ashamed. This is not at all a serious attempt at being an informative work. I guess it’s supposed to be funny, but the joke is on the buyer. I wish there’d been a review of this before I’d added it to my order. It’s 30 (many partial) pages of nonsense using a giant font. You could read it in its entirety while standing in a long supermarket checkout line and still feel you’ve wasted your time.
