Excellent Book for All Levels of Business - Owners & Employees

This is an excellent book. I had the opportunity to meet this author on a plane trip and he gave me a copy of this book. I highly recommend it no matter what the level of business you participate/work in. It gives clear examples of the levels of maturity in workers up through high executives. It assisted me right away in dealing with our attorney. I was under the impression that he was mature enough to handle the tasks we gave him. Instead he would become defensive at times and argue with me. Once I read this book I was bettr equiped to meet his needs (while still paying him top dollar) and get the job I needed done. It has also helped me with hiring, co-workers and taking a look at my own shortcomings. Written in an interesting yet straight-forward way, I highly recommmend it. Additionally, I know the author has consulted many companies all over the world.
