If you get migraines and your doctor can't figure out why, or doesn't take the time to this book will help. It explains the difference between migraines, and headaches. Then it talks about the different types of headaches and migraines. After that it lists things that trigger headaches and migraines, and how to prevent then. If you can narrow down the cause, you can get the right treatment. Be well.
