The Aldens are on a trip to San Antonio when they get asked to be in a documentary about the history of the Alamo. Then things start to go wrong on set, and a priceless ring goes missing. With the help of some new friends, the Boxcar Children have to solve a mystery they'll never forget
My 10 year old son loved this book. We picked this book because we were taking a trip to see the Alamo, and he had a book report due at the same time. While the book was a fictional mystery, it had many accurate facts about the Alamo. My son had a great time comparing all the things in the actual museum to the things that he read about in the book.
An Exciting Story

According to my 10 year old son, this story was very interesting and he had a hard time putting it down at night. He recommends it highly saying it is very good. It gives some good info about the Alamo. He said it was neat because he has been to the Alamo.
This was one of the better books but I live in Texas!!!!

My special education children have really enjoyed reading this book and also studying Texas history in regard to the Battle of the Alamo..Truly one of the better books in the entire series.
