This newly revised and expanded edition of the The New American Bartender's Guide includes over 2,300 recipes and innumerable tips and facts related to the art of drink mixing. The author has circled the globe discovering new and innovative concoctions, including original recipes developed by major distillers, vintners, and importers, as well as drinks that have risen to national popularity during the 1990s. A must-have for professional bartenders and party planners.
This book is packed full with recipes on drinks, but I wouldn't suggest this book if your just starting out with Bartending. It doesn't tell you how to pour or what not to mix togather. But if your good at that this is the book for you.

Although the title makes it seem as though this book is for professional bartenders, you don't have to work behind a bar to find this book helpful. In fact, it's easy-to-use format is terrific for we regular folks who love to entertain. Colorful, lively, ultimately useful, this is a fine book.
