Highly recommended, I use this for my preteen girls (age appropriate). It's a good basis to read up and pass info on, or go through it together. A must have for every parent!

The series provides parents with information and a strategy for presenting the material to their children. Use the recommendations as a suggestion - your child may need to hear the content sooner, depending on the exposure he/she has had from peers or others.
