As new parents, my wife and I love this story and wanted a tradition of our own. We found it! The illustrations are extremely well done, and the story ... well, it's THE night before christmas story ... but, I've been surprised at how people who try to hard can screw that up. So, by staying simple and fun, this book is definitely going to be what we share with our kid(s) for Christmases to come.
