An excellent teaching tool!

I purchased this book after much searching for a children's devotional. Teaching an intermediate class in a Christian school, I was looking for something "children friendly" but scripturally based. This book is it! My class loves the stories, and the life applications of a Bible passage make an ideal starting point for discussion.

I got this book with the Adventure bible for my daughter, so I can read and teach her about God's ways, plans, and nature. The first night we read it together we both loved it. Each day it has a bible verse topic, a short story, and a short summary that explains the relation of the bible verse and the short story. We've been reading this for months now and my daughter still enjoys learning about Christian values and God's ways through this book and the Adventure bible.
