I have 3 Maggie Black "No Nonsense" guides from this series, and this is probably the best if both the readability and the relevance or educational power of the material are taken into account. It's a small book and not diffucult - i.e. not written on a lofty, academic level. I actually believe that this should be required reading at least for college students. This book is not about conjecture, or baseless prediction. It tells about what has gone on in the world of water supply and water politics.
