Natasha Roit has cleverly woven Chinese organized crime, corrupt district attorneys, high-stakes real estate and hot, sexy LA affairs into a fascinating thriller. Despite the fiction, the book comes through with very real characters and an uplifting message of strength and refusal to be victimized. If you haven't read any fiction in a long while, this book will make you ask for more.

I do not typically read fiction but this book has given me new hope. The characters were well developed, the story was intriguing and the ending was great. I recommend this book to anyone who is ready for an adventure. Make sure you have sufficient time to finish in one setting, its a page turner. G

The Oregon Project leaves no loose ends. It is a fast paced, well written novel that is as completely satisfying as it is sad to finish! This writer is as good as the early Grisham. I hope she does not lose her zeal for the written word and I look forward to her future work.
