I think this is a great book! It starts off with a girl, ripped from her home and forced into a sort of prison on another planet with her family. Everything is different, she's forced into prison because her stubborn father - who is a writer, messed with WOGPO (the World Government Police). Her whole family is abolished to another planet because of her father, where her little brother starts talking about running away, but there's no where to run, because the planet is basically at the center of a continuous sand storm. He starts talking of dreams he's been getting and how he's definitely running away, and when he does the girl (Alison) goes after him. She later learns that the whole imprisonment of innocent families is a ploy to populate other planets and try to live the way us humans are supposed too. Without destruction, and so, it's like an ancient civilization, of children. It's a must read. It's too hard to explain, you've really got to read it.
