This is maybe my favorite Outer Limits book. The book is artfully woven with splendid plot twists the whole way through. The coolest thing is, if you think about it, you can actually believe that this COULD happen. With the way we're acting now, our world could be that polluted one day, and we might well have the technology to allow a psycho like that to make that time machine. This is one of the freakiest aspects of it...
