The purchase of this book is a worthwhile investment

Easy reading at its best. The whole time I was reading this book, it felt more like sitting around talking with a "sister friend" in my living room or kitchen having a friendly informative conversation. The writing and flow of the book was done in such a way that you felt like Terri was in the room with you. From the moment I received this book, I had it with me everyday to read (during my lunch break, traveling to and from work). I could not, nor did I want to put it down. This book is a valuable business reference guide for both women and men. And for those individuals considering becoming future entrepreneurs, a definite must to add to your reading list. I enjoyed reading the contents of this book more so then any career workshop or college business course I've had to sit through for three hours! This is a must read. Your money will not be wasted with the purchase of this book. It is indeed a smart and worthwhile investment. Thank you Terri for sharing and giving back to others.
This book changed my life in 24hours!

This book was a gift from Ms. Williams to attendees at my university's 1998 Mass Media Symposium. One year later, I finally read the book and it restored my confidence. It was so difficult to put down that I was trying to read it while my dentist gave me a check up. I tried the simplest suggestion made by Ms. Williams and had instant results. This book is my career Bible. Terrie Williams is phenomenal!

The Personal Touch, contributes to Terrie William's encouragement of establishing and maintaining relationships. Professionally, or personally, this book suggests practical methods and opportunites to enhance relationships. She shares experiences that enable new business owners to avoid mistakes commonly and frequently made, or neglected. I recently reread the book to prepare for a networking event. My confidence was heightened, and my preparedness to meet my objectives was concisley manuevered. It's simple, basic and easy to read, yet filled with a wealth of constructive information that will enhance lives in regard to appreciating others . Apply her recommendations, and the results are clearly and immediately noticed. I had the opportunity to meet and hear her speak recently in New Orleans. Her personality and speech demonstrated the etiquette of professionalism with a friendly and personalable touch.
