I love this book!

I think this is the first plant based cookbook I've purchased that I will actually use most of the recipes. Most recipes use normal ingredients. Some of them use spelt or oat flour, but since I have to eat gluten free I am good with that. She does make substitution suggestions for many recipes for more common ingredients like whole wheat flour. I love the salad dressing section. If you are contemplating adding more plant based food into your diet, or if you already eat whole food plant based, I recommend this book.
