low fat cooking with great flavors

I recently purchased a second copy of this book because I was xeroxing so many of the recipes for use at my vacation home. For anyone looking for heart-healthy recipes along with some good information on coronary heart disease, find a copy of this book. You may have to get a used edition. The recipes are so good, I prefer the lentil soup in it to any other recipe I have in my more than 400 cook books.
