A look at our past--Regency Style

The Regency Country House: From the Archives of Country Life, is an outstanding book. The pictures were beautifully done, the text understandable and knowledgable. I was grateful for pictures of hallways, stairs, receiving rooms and private rooms of family life. I could easily imagine myself in another time as I looked at the interiors of the homes people built and lived in from the past. I really felt I paid far too little for the value I received in this book. If you have an interest in decorating styles, furniture history, or just a curiosity about the past, I would highly recommend this book.
