In this hilarious and heartfelt "War of the Roses"-inspired romantic comedy, Aiden, a brilliant chef, and Fannie, a transcendent singer/actress, were once deeply in love. But when their careers took a turn 10 years ago on New Year's Day and they found themselves working on the 'Ding-a-Ling' cruise line (think 'Disney cruises'), their relationship turned south.
Fueled by 10 years of blame and resentment, their relationship has become a daily war, literally, until Aiden finally resolves to ask for a divorce. But when he learns that his wife is thrilled at the prospect of divorce (and seems to be falling for the one guy Aiden hates more than anyone else) he plans the ultimate revenge... make her fall back in love with him, then dump her on New Year's day. Painfully and with hilarious ineffectiveness (at first) he does one thing to win her over each day.
Then something truly awful happens... he begins to fall back in love with her.
