Wonderful book for your own little scaredy cat or worrier!

I checked out this book from my local library per the librarians suggestion. It's great. Both of my kids have a fear of the dark and my son is simply just a "worrier". After reading this book just one time, my son was reminding himself of baby scaredy cats optimism and bravery. Our family reads A LOT of books and we get them all from the local library. If a book really makes an impression upon me, then I will go purchase it for our personal bookshelf -- I will definitely be buying this one. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a book to help ease a childs fears/worries in a funny, upbeat manner.

This is a great book for talking about being scared. I used this book on the first day of school in my elementary classroom and was amazed at how even the boys were willing to open up. The repetition in the story is great for young readers.

Parents and children will both benefit from this hilarious story about the Scaredy CMy at family. Adults will be encouraged to face their fears while teaching their children the same important message. My kids ask for me to read it to them over and over.
