A wonderful, most informative book. Not since the publication of Eric Ackroyd's 'A Dictionary of Dream Symbols' has there been a 'simple' book that covers dreams in depth. And although it is not a 'Jungian' book per se, its contents are pretty much Jungian. As a webmaster of the dream web site Myths-Dreams-Symbols I highly recommend this book, for beginners as well as advanced dreamers. It is more than a dream dictionary, it is a primer for the psyche, providing insights to the dream, and thus insights to the inner self. Illustrations, history, archetypes, everything one needs to know to understand dreams. No longer is the dream beyond understanding. From Freud to Jung, astrology to myth, religion to spirituality, the shadow to the anima/animus, this is one book that covers it all. A must have to complete a dream library.
