This is an excellent book. It really teaches children coping strategies when they are sad, in a very nice way. The book is in excellent condition when I received it, however, there is some sticky stuff on the book jacket, which is hard to get rid of. I really would like to keep this book for a long time to read to my children, so this is a minus.

This lovely, cozy book is the perfect read for any day, but particularly for a day when a child is feeling sad or gloomy. The book goes through the steps used by an aunt and her neice to overcome homesickness, but these remedies could be used any time a child just needs a little extra attention and love.
