Truth Through a Simple True Story

I bought this book after finding Doreen Virtue's similar book a little too 'preachy' and definitely directed at Christians who already understood the New Age. This one is a perfect starting place for anyone who just wants to learn about the spiritual truths underlying the New Age — a very accessible book, written as an engaging autobiography that draws the reader along through Jessica's experiences. I recommend this especially to young people, Christians who are interested in spirituality, and friends who may be diving into New Age / meditation / spirituality practices without understanding what it's all about.
