The Solution

Life can be very challenging and no one's immune to its trials and tribulations. Some of our most treacherous and destructive demons are obvious to the world where as others (although sometimes even more damning in nature) can NOT be seen by the naked eye. Things like depression, stress, insecurities, resentments, anger, worry, doubt, low self-esteem, anxiety and fear can mentally and emotionally rip through your soul breaking you down to nearly nothing causing you to feel lonely even in a room full of hundreds of people. I know because I felt like this for years. The purpose of this book is to provide an easy to follow depiction of how I battled and eventually conquered my 15-year relentless struggle with alcohol addiction, chronic/paralyzing depression and other mental illnesses. This is my account of what it was like, what happened and what it's like today. Perhaps you are going through something much different than what I went through but just as catastrophic and detrimental to your life. Maybe you are currently incarcerated, on your way to prison or have been the victim of a traumatic experience such as rape, childhood molestation or a violent assault. Maybe you are facing insurmountable health issues, a mountain of debt, the loss of a dear loved one, parenting a child that just won't get right, heartbreak from a divorce, unemployment or even a failing business despite all your hard work and efforts. Regardless of what you're going through, there is light at the end of the tunnel. After almost killing myself, being on the brink of losing nearly everything precious to me and somehow just barely avoiding stiff prison sentences dozens of times, I eventually CONQUERD and triumphed over these obstacles through spiritual growth, a change in my thinking & a few simple, practical programs that involved some drastic but realistic lifestyle changes that brought about many benefits all stemming from my desperate discover of what I call The Solution.
