This book is handy, concise, and well written. I turn to it as a guide when studying for related exams. I do NOT (nor should anyone in their right mind) look to it for an exhaustive (endlessly PC) account of marginalized religions. Get a grip -- it's a hornbook.
Great insight on issues of law and religion

This book is an excellent summary of the law in this area. The writing is so clear and interesting. Even though I am not a lawyer, I was able to understand it. What a great way to add depth and context to the issues of law and religion that are so often discussed superficially on the news.
