The tools and techniques are not overwhelming or intimidating and are easy to put into practice. I highly reccommend this book to anyone starting out on a new adventure in life!!!

This is a great book for any Mom! No, I'm not a Single Mom, but LOVE this book. Any Mom can apply the tools in this book and make a better life for herself and her family. I hope you don't mind that an old married Mom uses these techniques, too. Read it, re-read it and make the changes that will make you happier and more successful in whatever you do.
