I wish my children weren’t young when all the Thimbleberries books and fabrics were introduced…I would have a home that’s similar to Lynette Jennings!
The style and colors of Lynette’s quilts are most definitely my favorite….I can’t wait to start my favorite ASAP. So many quilts, so little time!

This is one of my most used quilt books. The quilts are beautiful, and Lynette Jensen not only gives suggestions for color choices, but I like that she also gives suggestions on how to quilt your finished project so that it looks beautiful. She also includes exceptional decorating tips with the quilts, particularly if you are a prolific quilter and choose to display quilts more than just by using them to make the bed. The patterns are easy to follow, and there are projects ranging from large bedspreads to small doll-size quilts. A few are particularly beautiful for Christmas, but most of the patterns are for year-round use. Lynette also suggests types of fabric for each quilt ranging from calicos to flannels to corduroy. This quilt book will certainly give you a long wish list of projects to complete!

When a quilter is introduced to Thimbleberries designs and fabrics for the first time, it becomes an awaking. Lynette Jensen clearly and concisely gives the quilter tools to create new traditional quilts - easily! Lynette's 25 quilts are a delight to the eyes. Her graphic patterns allow the quilter to enjoy the fun of quilting for themselves or for someone else. Now I look at quilts with a different sense of color, textural delights and simplicity. This is one book that I own but it's not collecting dust. I just keep using it all year long. nChristmas season has a new look, one that lasts all year. Keep in mind that this is a quilting book for many levels of skilled and beginner quilters. Lynette, when is the next book coming out? I can't wait to order it, too.

This is one of the best quilt books I own. It is jam-packed with tips and suggestions and the pattern directions are clear and VERY easy to follow. The quilts are simple, yet elegant. This is a great book to leave on the coffee table for anyone to look at. Lynette Jensen's quilts are beautiful. I can't wait to purchase her latest book.

I'm an intermediate quilter, and don't have a lot of time. I was able to do the Pine Grove quilt as a king-size in a couple months, and can't wait to start the Baby Rosebud! Her colors are great; I also love the quilting suggestions.
