This comic book is about the war between G. government and The Delta Rebels who fought because the G. government refused to share oil revenue with her people and how innocent people became victims of the war. The book is also about a little boy named P who witnessed the war and lived to tell about it. It also depicts battle scenes and the troops' mindset before, during and after battle. The refugee scenes, the hard lives of children in a state of war, the effects of hunger, the deaths of soldiers and innocent civilians and angry public opinion were all the memory of The Tides of War. Some of the scenes in the book were the author's eyewitness account of the civil war.
