Good book, but you need the CD

With most books, the accompanying CD is fluff, duplicating what is already in the book, or includes things readily available elsewhere (downloadable, etc). Not the case here. The author continually refers to files on the CD, many of which are required for some of the lessons. It also includes utilities specifically written for the book. I contacted the author, but he was unable to find the files. Richardson does amazing things with batch files. You can get by without the CD, but realize you won't be able to do some of his examples.
