I was browsing for some titles to help me in creating at home workouts that don't involve weights, and this one seemed promising. I was under the impression that Body-weight training was defined as using only your body weight for resistance. I was surprised to receive a very slim book, maybe 45 pages? Ten pages talk about weight training for women, ten pages talk about some actual exercises (not all bodyweight!!) and about five pages are dedicated to other instructional books by The Blokehead. A more accurate price point for this book would be $2.50.
