This book is a wonderful tool to help people through the process of grief, caretaking, life changes and the list goes on and on. I share it with families who are having a difficult time placing mom or dad in an assisted living community. The Caregiver Bill of Rights gives adult children the permission they need to take care of themselves as well as their own families during this, what is often a time of crisis. Thank you, Bob for sharing your experience with grief and God with the world!

This book provides an excellent guide for caregivers to talk with loved ones about important subjects. The journaling aspect is very good for recording thoughts, feelings, and responses. It opens doors for communicating feelings.
