When I began reading the book, I thought "not another book on prayer." But Mr. Butterworth addresses this attitude early in the book and then takes you on a journey that allows you to erase old traditional thinking about prayer as begging God to do things to prayer as empowering communion and oneness with God. I highly recommend it to those who are seeking fresh insight into prayer and oneness.

After reading this book I fell one with God and has given me great strenght to be who I am by accepting myself and do the best of not juging the others.
