The Value Growers addresses many important issues executives face when planning for strategic growth. The authors do a good job of translating a international study into a readible book that provides excellent case studies from around the world. The authors rely on an interesting nautical metaphor throughtout the book as they demonstrate how to "navigate" your company to high growth and high profits. While there were parts of the book that would have benefitted from more hard data extracted from the A.T. Kearney study, I found the book well worth the read and would recommend it to any current or aspiring "C-level" executive.
