well thought out story

This was a well thought out story. I really appreciated the characters, a bit of a mystery mixed in, and it shares the pain of trauma.
There were a few twists and turns that you tend to see from far away, but some catches you off guard. And the characters help out so much in the story.
I remember after reading this book that I was checking the other books in the serie just to see who the books were about. I would love to dive in more to these Stories.
