Sheriff Jeff Lynn is a second generation small town sheriff. He was raised to believe the well being of each person in his community is his personal responsibility. An international drug cartel is moving into his town, establishing territory along the I-15 corridor from Los Angeles to Salt Lake City. The FBI is on stand down orders by agreement between Mexico and the United States. Law enforcement officials are paid off but Sheriff Lynn will not be bribed or intimidated. After a deadly confrontation at a local bar, the Sheriff recognizes he is over matched and calls upon the help of a local rancher and his Afghan war veteran ranch hands.
