If you're on the fence about getting this book, get it. I just happened to see it at dollar tree and impulse bought it the summer before my senior year of high school. That was when I was at my heaviest, 225. Now I'm down to 178. I lost 30 pounds in the first year after getting this book, then the weight loss slowed down, but 2 and a half years after getting this book, none of the weight has come back. I was overweight and steadily gaining weight for years before finding this book. I had unsuccessfully tried to lose weight so many times that I had lost count.
