Excellent source for info on influential artists

This book is superb. The print is small, but it makes the book more compact, which is nice. I am impressed with the wide variety of artists. Most influential artists are included and many terms are explained.The authors do a good job of having enough information to generally understand the theory and look of an artist's work. There is not too much extraneous info on biographical histories. Great reference for any artist.
