This book sucks.

Vague recipes. Some of the instructions say per manufacturer's instructions. So I have to read off of separate instructions to make it. The recipe instructions are short with very little information as to what and how. Do I relieve the pressure or let it come down on it's own? Do I wisk, stir lightly or just mix?? Do I stir constantly or occasionally? This is not a cook book for novices.
