I have both books in this series. It's definitely a new take on the vampire genre. The character has evolved more and I find the plot very entertaining in both books. Money well spent, when can I get the next one?...Read it...you'll be sorry if you don't.

Each one is better than the last. The later Sazi books are very solid, and this second Thrall book improves upon the first one. The characters get more airplay and also get to mature and change. The heroine is beginning to understand why her brothers are the way they are, and also how to manage various relationships.
