This is a travelogue that, despite the title, is not about reaching a certain destination. It is about retracing an ancestors' trip to Florida in a Ford Model T exactly 100 years later. The original trip was made by the author's great-grandparents between November 4, 1920, and March 5, 1921. The author began his trip on November 4, 2020, but he was able to complete it in a little less than four weeks rather than the four months of the original. There are similarities, such as a pandemic, a presidential election, and racial unrest, between 1920 and 2020, but there are also some big differences. These include the recent adoption of the 18th (prohibition) and 19th (women's suffrage) amendments and the conclusion of a worldwide war. There were a few changes in automobiles and roads, too. The book is illustrated with more than a hundred black and white pictures and a transcript of the letters on which the trip is based is included.
