Has this book changed you too?

This must be one of the best books I've had a friend recommend to me. Plus, I discovered that this book has sold out in Australia, hence why I had to buy a copy here! I found it to be a practical, simple and empowering guide to simple things I can do at home and work to reduce my impact on the environment. Let's hope that more people read it and put the ideas into practice. Some of the suggestions are commonsense, but others I would not have thought of (the girl who sells me coffee at work now makes coffee for me in a mug I reuse). I'd be interested to hear from other people about their changed habits after reading this book.

I love this book. The pictures and information are excellent. Its an easy reference for small changes we can all make. There are lots of websites as well that provide even more information and tips. A great value for the money!

We've all heard of global warming but probably struggle to find ways to make a difference that matters. After all, how can one person affect a global phenomenon? This book really opened my eyes to the little things we can do everyday that have a real impact, and it helps to know that I'm no longer on the sidelines of such an important issue. This book has helped me become an active participant in making changes to better our environment and ultimately, better our lives.
