With all the negative responses from the latest of the Montana Creeds series, I was a bit leery about picking it up. I am so glad I did. Even though I have read the first two, LOGAN and DYLAN, this has been the only series I've read by Linda Lael Miller. Maybe that's why I feel so differently. The first book, LOGAN, was good. DYLAN was better, but TYLER, at least to me, was the best of all three. This character stayed a mystery throughout the first two books, so I was really looking forward to getting to know him better. He was the youngest of the three and seemed to come with more baggage than the other two. He also has more to make up for. Now he's back in Stillwater Springs as well as his first love, Lily Kenyon. And even though they have so much to work through, the attraction between them is explosive. This book has more passion than the other two combined. Davie McCullough, a boy Tyler rescues, added a nice touch to the story, making this a good for you book that was fun to read. I look forward to reading more books by this author. If you plan to read this book, I'd really recommend that you read LOGAN and DYLAN first.

Wow...Tyler...huh. What can I say about Tyler? Spunky. Sexy. Charming. And oh-so-determined to make it up to Lily for what he did to her many years before. This book would have to be my favourite of the trilogy. It had everything I want in a romance - hot, hot sex scenes, a sexy hero, a spunky heroine and a bit of conflict thrown in there for good reading! Tyler has a chip on his shoulder the size of Montana itself when he finally makes it home. The tension and unresolved issues between him and his brothers is wonderfully written and just as wonderfully resolved. Lily is the kind of heroine who was needed for Tyler. A widowed single mum, raising her gorgeous little daughter and caring for her father. Her conflict between the 'should I-shouldn't I' question regarding Tyler is so well crafted. Tyler grows up a lot in this book. He's trying to come to turns with newly discovered knowledge regarding his father and a son he didn't know he had; he's trying to win back Lily; trying to protect an old lover... LLM has definitely written a stellar trilogy with Logan, Dylan and Tyler. Nothing to dislike about this book, or the trilogy, for that matter. Well worth the money!
