Jim Casada knows how to make wild game taste GOOD! This is the third cookbook of his that I have purchased, and it was hard to come by. That should tell you something!
Great Recipes for Venison!

I haven't cooked a recipe from this book yet that my family didn't absolutely love! Most people won't try venison because of a "gamey" taste. The recipes in this cookbook do not taste gamey and are incredibly easy to fix. I am buying one for my father for Christmas.

Haven't tried a bad recipe from this book yet! Before buying this book I just simply interchanged venison for beef--big mistake. This cookbook gives excellent recipes, which I admit at first I thought they sounded odd, but after trying they turn out great! Have The Complete Venison Cookbook from same authors and love it also!
