I bought this book, and nowhere does it talk about people camping out for UVA-Duke football games ... nor does it ever refer to UVA as U of V or anything of that sort. Back to why I love this book ... It's the uncensored truth about UVA. You've got kids from all walks of life telling all, everything you could ever want to know about the campus, the people, the police, the culture, the administration, the food, the dorms, the parties, and more. My favorite section of the book was the "Inside Scoop" - where you will find a list of campus slang and traditions. It's pretty cool, you can act and sound like you've been at UVA for years, without even setting foot on campus. This is the perfect book to sit on your coffee table at home. It's bound to get a ton of laughs and stir up some good old controversy while you debate over whether or not the girls were hotter than the guys ... All in all, this is an excellent resource for students considering UVA - and perfect for Alumni, like myself, that want to reminisce on the good ol' days. Cheers!
