While no job can possibly be perfect, this book gives very practical advice on what to do, from the moment one starts thinking about a new job, and up to the moment when one joins in the new position. One of the main strengths of the book is that it reflects the sound opinion of a group of specialists in career matters. There are other strengths. For example, the book addresses aspects that are less frequently addressed, such as how to do self assessments, means to finding one's strengths, types of qualities employers seek, etc. All these aspects prepare one in a thorough manner and improve one's understanding of one's capacities, likes and dislikes, which, in turn, increase one's efficiency in deciding what to pursue and how to have the confidence needed to get the "perfect job." The book is easy to read, to the point, and full of substance. Reading this book opens the eyes of inexperienced job seekers. I fully recommend it and I will use it as reference when talking to job seekers who are looking for advise on how to succeed in getting the "prefect job."
