This book is a collection of essays and poems I wrote as an undergraduate at the University of South Florida. The majority of the writings analyze the severity of violence against women and girls. Violence against women and girls is topic not taken as seriously as it should; it ruins entire lives and families. My research is dedicated to trying to find reasons why violence against women and girls occurs and to try to think of panaceas to prevent it from ever occurring critically. This book is a reflection; it is not only a book of non-fiction but of personal growth and a journey that was amazing in the world of academia. I hope you all enjoy reading this book; it was the will of God for me to have even completed it.
