Great book for both professors and especially administrators

When I was an untenured visiting professor at the University of Pennsylvania, I ran across this while browsing at the bookstore. It's an eye-opening account of what goes on at all levels of colleges and universities by two brothers who appear to have seen it all: small colleges and at big research universities. I learned things that gave me insights into succeeding at universities, but I've also recommended this to department chairs and even a Dean at an Ivy League university. It has great insights into how to do things. It gives perspective, but also how to operate on the front line, whether it be grade grubbing, writer's block, unproductive committee meetings, or vision. Best to you on your road up the university, whether it be as a professor, or as an administer trying to leave a legacy.
