This book is part of the "Schmecks Appeal" series, and therefore contains vegetable recipies that appeared in Staebler's very popular Food that Really Schmecks and More Food that Really Schmecks. The book is 92 pages long and averages about two recipies per pages. For those not familiar with Edna Staebler's cook books: they mainly consist of Mennonite and German-Canadian recipies, along with some interesting and enlightening anecdotes.
