Velvet

Sue Rich is a great author. All her characters are witty, smart, and mysterious. But only one complaint- it was only a trilogy!!! Sue- please, please, PLEASE continue with the cast of characters you have created- especially Amber and Clay!

I read this book in one night I could not put it down . Christian was wonderful Velvet just right for him. I would like to see more of the Storm brothers especially Raine and Fiona and please Wynn and Taylor I recommend this book to every one

After Velvet's father declares he intends to marry her off to the first man that will have her, Velvet must act quickly to avoid the marriage trap. She sets out to get herself compromised, ruining her reputation so that no man will want her. Like all of Velvet's schemes, this one backfires with hilarious consequences. I hope, I pray, there will be a sequel.

The lead protagonists are a superb couple and the support cast provides bits of authenticity to this terrific tale. Readers will want Ms. Rich to scribe sequels starring several of the Storm siblings.Harriet Klausner
