I found this a surprisingly good novel! Most media tie-in novels are mediocre, but Voices was an exciting read. Set in the second season, the plot concerns a terrorist bombing of a Psi-Corp conference. Talia is framed for the bombing and has to go on the lam. The novel focuses mostly on Talia and Garibaldi, with a healthy dose of high-quality Bester. Highly recommended!

a telepath convention is being held on babylon 5. when an explosion happens, all the evidence points toward talia winters.she manages to escape and her trial and errors on clearing hername without getting caught make this a very intersting book.while most people that watched babylon 5 probaly did not pay muchattention to talia's character this book brings it out and all b5 fans should definitely read it.

As a book based on characters from a series, it was ok, but the people weren't exactly themeselves. Maybe they were hearing *voices* telling them to act differently. The book is very good, if you don't expect everything to be like on Babylon 5 itself. It's very intriguing. Good action, and a good "innocent fugitive" story. Nice descriptions, too. I liked Bester's description, only I'd add that he's almost tiny enough to put in a bread-box. I didn't understand, though, why the author had to make Grey have an obsession about Ivanova. After all, he knew her for only a few days. That's just pathetic. The Kosh string wasn't very understandable, just weird. Why does he help Talia? I'm not really sure. The book is a little too predictable when it comes to who was the real bomber. On the other hand, it might be that the action was supposed to be the main storyline of the book, and not who did it. A little after I got to where the bomb exploded (I mean the chapter), I understood who it was and who was probably another accomplise. For those of you who like Babylon 5, this is a very good book. If you haven't read other B5 novels, read this one first, since that way it's interesting. But if you read #7 and #9 first, you'll be a little disappointed from this one. Do not get me wrong, it is good, even if you read those first.
