To bring true positive change, one must know where to properly begin. This is also the case for discovering our true inner spirituality; one must know where to find it. Taking the first step of love is ultimately the path forward, and ends up leading to the discovery of our higher-self. Through the healing of our minds' past, we begin to tap into the frequency of the true, infinite beings we are. We experience different realities based upon our perception: our perceptions are based upon our beliefs of self which distorts how we view the world. Our inner separation creates the space preventing our inner sight and the connectivity to our Oneness with everything.
By understanding the ego, balancing of the mind/body/spirit, and freeing ourselves from an illusionary past and future, we gain unlimited possibility to live in the Now. This allows us to see through the clearer lens of love, with a deeper understanding of what we are as eternal beings.
