On a day that starts like every other, CD store owner Steve Warwick buys a collection of used CDs from 16-year-old Justin and his buddy. The quiet beachside community of Flagler Beach, Florida comes alive with action when Justin's mother Margie pays a visit to Steve, claiming he is the only link to her missing son. When an attempt on Steve's life is made, he finds himself caught in a whirlpool of murder, greed, political corruption and ecological sabotage and enlists the help of his best friend Ike, a former Navy Seal with a penchant for breaking the rules. Together they must help Margie find her son, bring a crooked land developer and his corrupt political crony to justice, all while avoiding a watery grave.
